     Baked Tilapia

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   Quick Meals
Preptime   5 minutes

Ingredients
extra virgin olive oil
creole seasoning
garlic powder
1 fresh lemon
Old Bay Garlic & Herb seasoning

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375. Drizzle enough EVOO to coat the bottom of a baking dish. Piece by piece, sprinkle the old bay seasoning on each side of the fish. Rub into both sides to coat it well. Do the same with the garlic powder, but not enough to coat the fish. Just a few sprinkles. Now for the creole, if you desire a spicy fish you would use more than a sprinkle. Cut half of a lemon and squirt the juice evenly over the fish. Cut the remaining lemon into slices and garnish on top of the fish. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Cook the fish for 20-25 minutes or until the fish flakes off perfectly with a fork.
