     Qdoba Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 cup long grain brown rice
1 can low sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup of water
1 cup of chopped onion
3-4 garlic cloves
1 can of seasoned black beans
1 can of green giant mexican corn
7oz or so of fresh pico de gallo
cilantro
 

Instructions
Boil water and broth and add rice. Cover and cook 50min. Take off heat and keep covered till all liqued is gone (about 10-20min).
Sautee onion and garlic. Add to rice.
Add drained corn and beans. Mix in pico de gallo and cilantro to taste.

Large burrito size tortilla, salsa, guacamole, chicken, cheese, and sour cream
