Toss chicken with fajita seasoning and cook in a pan until no longer pink in the center. Stir in olive oil, peppers and onion. Cook and stir until vegetables have softened, about 10 minutes.
Layer half of each tortilla with chicken and vegetable mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.
Fold tortillas in half and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes until cheese has melted.
