     Creamy Dijon Chicken with rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp veg. oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast, halved
1 can (10 3/4) Campbell's Cream of Celery
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp of Dijon style mustard
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
4 cups hot cooked white rice
 

Instructions
Heat oil in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until well browned on both sides.
Stir soup, water, mustard, and black paper in skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve chicken and sauce with rice.. ENJOY
