     Sautéed Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 (8oz) sliced white mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp soy sauce
ground black pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add mushrooms; cook and stir until the mushrooms have softened/released liquid, about 5 minutes.
Stir in garlic, continue cooking/stirring for 1 minute. Pour in soy sauce until the liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.
Move mushrooms into a bowl and enjoy!
