In a cocktail shaker, combine cherry tomatoes with
a pinch of salt; muddle tomatoes until broken up
and juiced. Add remaining ingredients and shake
until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into an
ice-filled, salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with
grilled tomatoes on a skewer.
