TO COAT. LAY THE ROUNDS ON A COOKIE SHEET AND SRPINKLE W/SALT AND PEPPER.
TOAST FOR 3 MINUTES
ONCE BREAD HAS COOLED SLIGHTLY; RUB EACH PIECE WTIH GARLIC CLOVE
LAY OUT CROSTINI ON A COOKIE SHEET IN SINGLE LAYER; PLACE SHREDDED LETTUCE IN A
MED BOWL AND TOSS W/DRESSING. PLACE OF SPOONFUL OF LETTUCE ON TOP OF EACH
CORSTINI AND TOP WIHT PARM CHEESE. ARRANGE ON PLATTER.
