     Sesame Pork Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1/3 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp oil
1 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed, cut into thin strips (easier if partially frozen)
1 tbsp oil
2 medium onions, cut into thin wedges
2 tsp finely grated, peeled gingerroot
 
2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
Heat wok or large frying pan on medium-high until very hot. Add first amount of cooking oil. Add pork. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until starting to brown. Transfer to large plate.
Heat second amount of cooking oil in same wok. Add onion and ginger. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until onion is tender-crisp. Stir cornstarch mixture. Add to onion mixture. Add pork. heat and stir for about 1 minute until sauce is boiling and thickened. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serving Suggestions
4 servings, each: 277 calories, 10.8 g fat (5.7 g mono, 2.8 g poly, 1.7 g sat), 15 g carb, 1 g fiber, 29 g protein, 550 mg sodium.
