Preheat oven to 375.
Brown ground beef, drain. Add water, taco seasoning,
green chilies, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese and mix
together.
Unroll 2 pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls and
separate into triangles. Arrange triangles in an
overlapping circle on large round baking stone
with wide end 4 inches from edge of baking stone.
(Points will extend off stone). Roll wide ends of
dough towards center to create a 5 inch opening.
Scoop filling evenly over dough in a continuous
circle. Bring points of triangles up over filling
and tuck under dough in center to form a ring. Brush
with egg white. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake
25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Suggestions
Top with salsa, shredded lettuce, chopped onion and tomato, sliced olives, and sour cream.
