     Hot Fudge

Category   Sauces
Sub Category   Gluten-Free
Servings   Lots!
Preptime   10 min

Ingredients
1 stick Butter
2 1/2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup Sugar
1 Large Can (12 oz) Evaporated Milk

Instructions
In a medium, non stick sauce pan melt butter over medium heat. Once butter is completely melted, add the chocolate chips. Melt completely over medium heat...do not turn it up or the chocolate will burn. Stir in the sugar making sure to completely mix it in. The mixture will look grainy but that's okay! Remove from heat then add the evaporated milk while constantly stirring. Once the milk is blended in well, return to medium heat. Stir until the sauce comes to a low boil (about 7-10 minutes). Remove from the stove and allow to cool down to room temperature.
Any left overs can be stored in a air tight container for as much as a week...if it lasts that long! To reheat, use a microwave safe bowl for 15- 20 seconds on high but only reheat what you're going to serve!
Serving Suggestions
Serve over ice cream, strawberries or pound cake topped with whipped cream!
