In a medium, non stick sauce pan melt butter over
medium heat. Once butter is completely melted,
add the chocolate chips. Melt completely over
medium heat...do not turn it up or the chocolate
will burn. Stir in the sugar making sure to
completely mix it in. The mixture will look grainy
but that's okay! Remove from heat then add the
evaporated milk while constantly stirring. Once
the milk is blended in well, return to medium
heat. Stir until the sauce comes to a low boil
(about 7-10 minutes). Remove from the stove and
allow to cool down to room temperature.
