     Kale Chips

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 bunch kale torn into bite-sized pieces (you can get a huge bag at BJs already torn)
2 tablespoons olive oil or sesame oil
2-3 garlic cloves minced (or garlic powder)
sea salt and pepper
coconut aminos (I just guess...don't saturate too much, but you do want to get it on the leaves)
sesame seeds (optional)
Sometimes I'll add cayenne pepper too

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees
2. Wash and dry the kale, and on a foil lined cookie sheet pour on the oil and spread the kale on the pan (do not overcrowd too much)
3. Pour all the ingredients over the kale and mix slightly with hands
4. Cook kale chips...baking time will vary. I cook at a lower temp. for longer to get the best tasting ones! I usually end up cooking them at 30 min. intervals, with a hour usually being how long it takes (these kale chips are pretty wet with all the liquid ingredients so it takes longer). Just watch them and make sure they get crispy, but not brown and burnt! They are delicious!
Serving Suggestions
Great as a side dish or appetizer for parties!
