4 Chicken Thighs Or 1 LB. Boneless skinless
2/3 C. Bisquik
2/3 C. Parmesan Cheese
2 tbls Italian Seasoning
2 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper
 
Instructions
Preheat Oven 425 Mix Bisquick, Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasoning, salt, Pepper and garlic powder. Coat Chicken
Heat butter in glass pan. place Chicken skin side down
Bake 35 minutes, Turn Chicken and bake an additional 15 Minutes Rest and serve
