Wrap bell peppers in foil. Cook over stove fire on
medium high heat. Turn or rotate every several
minutes for about 30 minutes or until the bell
pepper feels soft when pressed.
Let bell peppers sit in foil for another 20 minutes
to steam. Unwrap bell peppers and peel skin.
Discard seeds inside. Cut into slices and serve.
