1 18 oz. bottle Kraft Honey Roasted Garlic BBQ Sauce
1 onion, thinly sliced
McCormick Grill Mates Smoke House Maple seasoning
Salt & Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken breasts in
large casserole dish. Season generously with Smoke
House Maple seasoning and a bit of salt and pepper.
Top with pureed sweet potatoes and BBQ sauce.
Arrange sliced onions over the top.
Cover with foil. Cook until chicken is cooked
through and sauce is bubbling, removing foil for
the last 30 minutes or so to allow the meat onions
to brown up.
