Wing sauce:
Melt butter in a 2-qt. saucepan. Add all ingredients (except cornstarch) to the melted butter
and simmer until mixture comes to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Mix cornstarch with a
small amount of cold water, then add to mixture and continue to simmer until slightly
thickened. Note: this sauce is mild. To add more "heat," increase the Tobasco or use ground
hot peppers.
