Wing Sauce:
2 sticks of butter
12 oz. red hot sauce
1-2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 oz. Tabasco sauce
1 good splash apple cider vinegar
2 dollops of honey
1/2 c. brown sugar (or more to sweeten it to taste)
3 Tbsp. cornstarch or arrowroot
Chicken Wing Pizza:
1 1/2 to 2 c. wing sauce
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed (or you can just buy Tyson's grilled chicken
12-14 oz. thick Marie's Blue Cheese salad dressing
1 1/2 to 2 c. mozarella cheese
1 1/2 c. colby jack cheese
2-3 store bought pizza doughs (you can get them in Lowe's Foods dough refrigerator near the bakery)

Wing sauce: Melt butter in a 2-qt. saucepan. Add all ingredients (except cornstarch) to the melted butter and simmer until mixture comes to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Mix cornstarch with a small amount of cold water, then add to mixture and continue to simmer until slightly thickened. Note: this sauce is mild. To add more "heat," increase the Tobasco or use ground hot peppers.
Chicken Wing Pizza: Brown cut up chicken in olive oil. Cover crust with a thin layer of sauce. The crust should still show through. Scatter chicken over the sauce. Dab blue cheese over the chicken and sprinkle with shredded cheese to your liking. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with extra sauce. (Bakes best on a baking stone.)
