     Lemon Meringue Protein Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of cottage cheese (or plain greek yogurt)
9 ice cubes or so
1 TBLS of Sugar Free Fat Free Lemon Pudding Mix
1 Scoop of vanilla protein
4 vanilla wafers
fat free whipped cream (optional)
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender except whipped cream.
Pour in a glass
Top with Whipped Cream if desired
280 calories, 2.5 grams of fat, 22 carbs, 41 protein if you use whipped topping add 10 calories.
