Preheat the oven to 500 degrees. The roast should be a room temperature
Multiply the roast poundage by 5. Be as Accurate as possible. If the rib weights 5.33 lbs then multiple 5.33 x 5 = 27.65. cook the roast in 500 degree oven for 27.65 min . Then shut the oven off.
DO NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR THE NEXT 2 HRS
