Melt butter in a heavy saucepan. Add sugar. Add cocoa and milk. Bring mixture to boil
over medium-high heat. Gently boil for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from
heat.
Add peanut butter and stir until dissolved. Add vanilla. Gradually add oats.
Drop by spoon onto foil. Let cool.
