     Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins

1 cup Quick Cooking Oats
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/3 cup Splenda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Whole Egg
3 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 cup Fresh Picked Blueberries

1. Preheat over to 435 degrees F. 2. Combine all dry ingredients. 3. Mix in milk, egg and oil until dry ingredients are just moistened. 4. Fold in blueberries 5. Fill greased muffin tin 2/3 full with mixture. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
