tear apart about 7-8 slices of bread and put into
bottom of casserole dish
sprinkle 3 cups of mild cheddar cheese on top
crumble and brown 2 of sausage--drain and put on
top of cheese
mix 6-7 eggs into 1 &1/2 cups of milk and pour on
top of strata-- add about 1Tbs of ground mustard
