Mix crushed pretzels, 1/2 cup sugar and melted butter and press into a 8 x 8 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes. Remove and let cool. Once mixture is cool break into pieces and set aside.
Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar until combined and fold in cool whip. Add pineapple and pretzel mixture. Chill for 2-3 hours and enjoy!
