Easy Chicken Pot Pie
1 bag frozen, skinless chicken breasts
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
2 cans cream of celery
1 can cream of chicken
1 bag or 3 skinny cans of biscuits
Boil all the chicken for about 20 minutes, drain and chop. In same pot on low heat add veggies, chicken and cans of soup salt/pepper to taste and mix until even. Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake for 15-20 minutes on 400°. Pull out & place frozen biscuits on top, but back in for an additional 10 mins or until biscuits are golden brown. Enjoy!!
