     Thanksgiving Stuffing

Ingredients
2 loaves of bread dried and cut into pieces
1 bunch of celery diced
1 large onion diced
1 pound of bacon cut into pieces and browned
1/2 tp celery salt
1/2 tp sage
1/2 poultry seasoning
4 - 6 eggs
 

Instructions
Brown bacon until crisp. Drain partially, saving some of the drippings, add onion and celery, brown celery and onion until tender. Add seasonings.
Beat eggs. Stir bread and bacon mixture together, toss with bread. Toss all together with eggs until mixed well and bread is coated. Brown the bread in a frying pan.
Place in a covered baking dish and warm throughly in a 300 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve with turkey gravy.
