     Saucy Asian Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp sesame oil
1 cup Panko
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 eggs
3 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
2/3 cup hoisin sauce
 
1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
preheat oven to 400. Combine meat, 2 tsp sesame oil, Panko, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, eggs, 3 tsp minced garlic, and green onions in a large bowl. Shape into 1 inch balls and bake for 10-12 min. Meatballs are done when no longer pink inside.
Stir together the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, 2 tsp minced garlic, soy sauce, 1 tsp ground ginger and 1 tsp seasme oil. Pour over warm meatballs and gently stir until covered.
