COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BOWL AND BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE. FILL CUP CAKE LINERS ABOUT 1/3 FULL WITH BATTER. DROP A FULL TEASPOONFUL OF CREAM CHEESE FILLING IN THE MIDDLE OF BATTER.
BAKE AT 350 FOR 25-30 MINUTES.
MAKES 24 CUPCAKES.
