     Easy Biscuit Pizza Poppers

Ingredients
2 tubes Pillsbury Biscuit dough
4 oz mozzarella cheese
20-30 pepperoni slices
Garlic bread spread
Pizza sauce
 

Instructions
Slightly flatten biscuit discs and place toppings inside. Wrap dough around toppings and pinch the seam to seal shut. Place seam down into a prepped baking dish. Bake according to package directions. When the biscuits begin to turn golden, brush liberally with garlic butter. Return to oven to finish baking. Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes, and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
Garlic Bread Spread- Ingredients 1 cup softened butter, salted 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano 2 tsp chopped garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp basil 1/2 tsp parsley 1/4 tsp ground mustard Sprinkle ground pepper Instructions Mix together until combined. Spread on sliced french bread. Bake until toasted.
