     Fritos Delight

Ingredients
1 lb hamburger
1 small onion
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1tsp salt
1tsp garlic
2 T sugar
1 can tomato paste
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
 
3 c water
1 c cooked rice
1 can beans
Toppings-
Tomatoes
Lettuce
Green onions
Sour cream
Cheese
Instructions
Let meat, onion, salt, and garlic cook until meat brown. Then add everything else. Simmer, stir occasionally.
