     Caramel Apple Cheesecake

1 Can (21 ounce) of Apple Pie Filling
A 9inch Graham Cracker Crust
1/4 Cup of Caramel Topping
2 Packages of Cream Cheese (8 ounce, Room Temp)
1/2 a Cup of Sugar
1 Tsp of Vanilla Extract
2 Eggs
12 Peacan Halves
2 Tbsp of Chopped Pecans

Pre-heat the oven at 350F.
Spoon the 3/4 of the apple pie filling into the crust. Heat over low heat until melted and spreadable, for about 1 minute. Next whip the Cream Cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. Then add sugar, vanilla and eggs and beat until smooth. Pour this over the pie filling.
Bake until the center is set (30-35 minutes) Cool to room temperature.
Spoon the apple-caramel mixture over the top of the cheesecake and spread evenly. Decorate the edge of the cake with half pecans and sprinkle the chopped pecans. Refrigerate the cake until ready to serve.
