Melt the Cream Cheese with Chive and Onion and the butter together. Add
the garlic and simmer for just a minute or so. Add all of the other
ingredients except the shrimp and let thicken a little bit. When ready
to eat, add the shrimp. At this point, you can either put in a glass
casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until shrimp are done or let
simmer on the stove. All the while, you are about to prepare the pasta
for it to go on! I chose the oven method to give me a chance to cook the
pasta and make the salad!
