1. Preheat Oven to 325 F.
2. Cut each pork steak in half and season with KRAQ.
3. In a preheated saute pan, add the olive oil and sear each pork
steak.
4. In a 9x13 baking dish, add the diced cabbage, onion, salt, beer,
and seared pork steaks.
5. Cover with Aluminum Foil, Cook in preheated oven for 1-1 1/2
hours or until pork is fork tender.
6. Drain liquid from pan and place in a large saute pan. Reduce by
half over medium heat. Remove from heat, then add 3 TBSP of
butter. Swirl the butter in.
7. Divide pork steaks and cabbage onto 4 plates and sauce
accordingly.
