     Braised Pork Steak & Red Cabbage

Ingredients
4 - Pork Steaks
1 TBSP - Jeremy's KRAQ or Salt and Pepper
2 TBSP - Olive Oil
1 Medium Head - Red Cabbage, medium diced
1 Small - Yellow Onion
1/2 tsp - Crushed Red Pepper
1 TBSP - Kosher Salt
12oz. - Shock Top Belgian White Beer
3 TBSP - Unsalted Butter
 

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven to 325 F. 2. Cut each pork steak in half and season with KRAQ. 3. In a preheated saute pan, add the olive oil and sear each pork steak. 4. In a 9x13 baking dish, add the diced cabbage, onion, salt, beer, and seared pork steaks. 5. Cover with Aluminum Foil, Cook in preheated oven for 1-1 1/2 hours or until pork is fork tender. 6. Drain liquid from pan and place in a large saute pan. Reduce by half over medium heat. Remove from heat, then add 3 TBSP of butter. Swirl the butter in. 7. Divide pork steaks and cabbage onto 4 plates and sauce accordingly. 8. Bon Apetit!
