In a large Ziploc bag place thawed chicken. Pour in oil and 3-4 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning. Seal bag and insure that oil and seasoning is evenly mixed and covering chicken. Place in the fridge to marinate for approx. 30min but can be cooked right away if your in a hurry. Can also be put the fridge the night before to have a quick dinner the next day.

Preheat oven to 400F
Cover a cookie sheet or baking dish with aluminum foil. Place chicken on pan so they are not touching. Bake for 10 minutes then turn each piece of chicken over and bake for another 7-8 minutes depending on how thick your chicken is. To check if cooked juices should be running clear and cut a piece in half to be sure the meat is white not pink.
Chicken is also yummy on the grill.
Place on low in a crockpot in the morning and will make a quick evening meal.

Served with steamed broccoli and a baked potato is a yummy healthy dinner.
