     extremely healthy french toast

Ingredients
4 slices 100percent whole grain wheat bread/high fiber
1/2 cup eggbeaters
1/2cup skim or soy milk
1tbsp ground cinnamon
1teaspoon pure cane brown sugar
1/4 cup dates
1 med banana
2 tbsp fat free cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup
 
cooking spray

Instructions
cut bread into triangles, mix egg substiiute milk brown sugar dates and cinnamin in bowl. soak bread for about 5 minutes.
grease your skillet with cooking spray turn to med heat and let skillet heat up.
drop in soaked toast allow to brown lightly on each side.
when prepared serve with cream cheese sliced bananas and maple syrup.

no more than 4 slices per person
