Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray 2, 8 X 3.75 foil pans with cooking spray.
In large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs, sour cream, vanilla and bananas.
In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture, stir just to moisten.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Stir together topping of water and brown sugar and drizzle over top of batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center of the loaf comes out clean.
Let bread cool in pan 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack.

Refrigerate after cooled. Delicious warm or cold.
