1 cooked and deboned chicken
|
| |
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
|
| |
1 can cream of chicken soup
|
| |
1 cup mayo
|
| |
1/2 cup celery
|
| |
1/2 onion
|
| |
1 can chicken broth
|
| |
1 small box of Pepperridge Farms stuffing mix
|
| |
1 stick margarine, melted
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
|
Mix chicken, chestnuts, soup, mayo, onion, celery and broth together.
|
|
|
|
Mix stuffing mix and margarine in with chicken mixture.
|
|
|
|
Put 3/4 of the stuffing mix in 9 z 17 pan. Pour in chicken mixture. Sprinkle rest of stuffing mix on top.
|
|
|
|
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
