1 Package (16 oz) rigatoni or large tube pasta
|
|
1-1/2 lb ground beef
|
|
1 small onion, chopped
|
|
4 cups (16 oz) shredded skim mozzarella cheese
|

2 cans (15 oz each) pizza sauce
|
|
1 can cream of mushroom soup
|
|
1 package (8 oz) sliced pepperoni
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Cook pasta according to package.
|
|
|
In skillet cook beef and onion, drain.
|
|
|
In slow cooker stir beef mixture, pasta, cheese,
pizza sauce, soup and pepperoni together.
|
|
|
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated
through and the cheese is melted.
