BANANA PUDDING
3 cup sugar
1cup flour
6 cups milk
6 egg yolk
2 sticks magazine or butter
2TSP vanilla
Bananas
Vanilla wafers
Mix sugar, flour, milk, egg yolks in glass or plastic bowl
Put in microwave 10 minutes, stir and then 8 minutes and on down until its your favorite consistency.
Add butter and vanilla. Beat egg whites until they peak and add about three fourths cup sugar. Mix in your favorite amount of banana and wafer, top with meringue and brown.
Makes a big pudding. Sorry I'm a cook in a restaurant.
