     Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup of gluten free bisquick
1 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tbls of vege oil
1/2 cup of canned pumpkin
cinnamon
allspice or pumpkin spice
butter and maple syrup
 

Instructions
pre-heat skillet to med/low and use non-stick cooking spray or other
mix bisquick, milk, egg, oil, pumpkin, and cinnamon and spice to taste.
pour about 1/4 cup of mix for each pancake and cook like a regular pancake
top with butter and maple syrup. Great with pecans too!
