Mix all ingredients except for the Pork, Veal, Chopped Meat and Sausage together.

Put meat mixture and sausage without the casing in a large bowl and really mix them well. Make sure you wet your hands frequently to prevent the meat from sticking to your hands. Make sure all the meats are very well blended.

Put the other ingredients into the meat mixture and mix them completely. Take your time and really blend them well. Make sure your hands are wet while mixing all these ingredients.

Wet hands again and form the meatballs, You can make them any size but I usually make them around the size of a tennis ball. I fry mine on all sides in a little EVOO and then bake them in a 400 degree oven for about 12 Min.
