     Clam Chowder

Ingredients
1 Large Can Minced Clams
3/4 cup flour
1 quart half and half
1 1/2 t. salt
3/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup diced celery
2 cups diced potatoes
Dash of pepper
 

Instructions
Sauté onion, celery and potatoes. In large pan melt butter. Add flour to butter, stirring until smooth.
Add half and half and stir with wire whisk until mixture bubbles. Add sautéed vegetables and remaining ingredients and cook until potatoes are tender.
