     Crockpot Style Gyros

1 lb lean ground beef
1 lb lean ground pork or turkey
1 onion (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 teaspoons of greek seasoning
1 cucumber (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
8 oz plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
other toppings of choice

Place onion and garlic in the crock pot. Mix together meat and Greek seasoning. Form into two small loaves and place on top of onions and garlic.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until done.
Mix together yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Slice the meat and serve on pita or tortillas with shredded lettuce and yogurt sauce.
