1. Spray mug with cooking spray. Then mix all of
the dry ingredients in the mug. Stir in the egg. Makes sure you stir it
well so that it does not overflow later.
2. Add water and oil. Stir well and make sure to
scrape the bottom of the mug. Microwave for 3 minutes on high.
3. It will be very hot. If desired put on a plate
and cut so that it cools faster.
