1. Sauté beef and onions until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in
carrots and cook about 2 minutes. Stir in mushrooms, tomatoes,
tomato paste, basil and oregano.
2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10
minutes.
3. Add milk and cook, uncovered, until thickened, about 15-
minutes.
4. Season. Serve over pasta.
