Preheat oven to 350. Spread 3/4 C of sauce on bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Mix egg and cheeses. Spoon mixture into baggie, cutting off small tip. Fill shells and place over sauce, pour remaining sauce on top. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
