     Beef Goulash

Ingredients
1/4 lb salt pork
1-1/2 lbs round steak, cut up
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup condensed beef bouillon
1 8oz can tomato sauce
 
12 peppercorns
1 tbsp paprika
1 6oz package noodles

Instructions
Dice salt pork. Heat in heavy skillet over low until cooked. Remove salt pork & save. Sprinkle steak with flour, salt, & pepper. Brown steak in salt pork fat. Add garlic, onion, bouillon, & tomato sauce. Mix. Stir in salt, peppercorns, & paprika. Cover pan. Cook on low for 30 minutes. Remove garlic and continue cooking for one hour. Serve over noodles & top with salt pork.
