Ingredients
1 big Tomato
1 Muthi Cabbage
2 tbsp Moong dal
1 Muthi Palak
Salt to taste
2 cup water
1 slice Onion
2 tbsp Butter
 

Instructions
Take Onion + Palak + Cabbage + Moong Dal + Tomato + salt and bring to a boil in a cooker (2 whistles).
Make a paste of the above in a mixer. Add water if the mixture is too thick.
Take a pan, and add boil above stuff for 2-3 minutes and then add a pinch of salt + butter + kali mirch. Add freshly squeezed lemon, when serving.
[Optional] - Beat eggs in a bowl and add pour them on the pan while constantly stirring.
