Ingredients
4 and 1/2 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1 and 3/4 c. Perky's Crunchy Rice (brown rice crispies)EnjoyLife
1 c. spelt flakes
1 c. roasted peanut halves
3/4 c. Turbinado or Dememara sugar
1/2 c. Natural peanut butter
1 stick butter (melted)
1/4 c. dry quinoa
1/4 c. coconut oil
 
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Mix together. Bake on 2 trays at 250 degrees for 2 hrs or until you like it. Never stirring it. Store in airtight container.
