     Bowtie Pasta

Ingredients
1 pkg. (16 oz.) bowtie pasta
1/4 cpu pine nuts
1/2 Tbsp. oil (from sundried tomatoes)
15-20 sundried tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup green olives
3/4 tsp. salt
1 garlic clove, crushed
 

Instructions
Boil 6 cups of water. Toss in pasta and cook al dente. Drain. Toast pine nuts in a hot dry skillet. Set aside. Place oil, tomatoes, olives, salt, and garlic in a large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add pasta and toss to cover completely with oil. Heat through 2-3 minutes. Add pine nuts just before serving.
