Place carrots, potatoes, and onions in bottom of
slow cooker. Pour in water and place brisket on
top of veggies. Pour beer over brisket. Sprinkle
on spices, cover, and set cooker on high. Cook for
8 hours. An hour before serving stir in the
cabbage and cook for 1 more hour.
