Cook roast overnight on high covered in beer. Cook
peppers and onions slowly in butter until soft.
refrigerate overnight. Cool roast completely.
Shred into small pieces. Mix in peppers.Cook 2-3
hours in crock pot. may need more butter. Serve
on buttered, toasted buns with sliced swiss
cheese.
