     Gluten and Grain Free Sandwich Bread

2 cups almond flour
1/3 cup 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
1 teaspoon whole flaxseed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup arrowroot powder
6 tablespoons butter (or coconut oil)
4 eggs
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup greek plain yogurt (or coconut cream)

mix the almond flour, flaxseed meal, whole flaxseed, salt, baking soda and arrowroot powder melt the butter and whisk together with the eggs, apple cider vinegar and yogurt combine with the dry mixture and pour batter into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 medium loaf pan greased or lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with whole flaxseeds on top. 4. bake at 350F for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean 5. let bread cool on a wire rack, cut into thin slices and serve
